Our Story
Sushimotion began its journey in 2016 as a small food truck, rolling through Tampa with a simple mission: to bring fresh sushi with a bold Latin twist to the community. What started on wheels quickly grew a loyal following, thanks to creative rolls, playful fusion dishes, and a passion for serving food that was as fun as it was flavorful.
In 2021, Sushimotion opened the doors to its very own restaurant — a space designed to reflect the same creativity, warmth, and passion that has guided us from the very beginning. Every plate tells part of that story, fusing cultures, flavors, and a love for bringing people together.
